A full-frame mirrorless powerhouse and a heap of extra tech on top
The Nikon Z 6 is the first of the two cameras in the Nikon Z system, not the latest model, but remains at the top of the list for the best full-frame cameras. It’s the Camera we choose because of its excellent blend of features, performance, handling, and price. The 24.5MP sensor provides excellent color reproduction and beautiful results in every detail, and the 273-point AF system works very well with excellent frame coverage. There’s also an impressive 12fps burst shooting mode, well-laid-out controls, and a large, bright electronic viewfinder. Existing Nikon users? The FTZ adapter means that you can use your existing F-mount lenses as well (but make sure they are compatible with older lenses). All of this makes the Z 6 a great choice for enthusiastic and professional photographers looking for a second body. We are looking forward to where this system goes from here.
