Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FlashDealToday (https://flashdealtoday.com/) collects when you visit, why, and what you can ask us to do. FlashDealToday is a deals website: we show offers from other shops (such as Amazon and AliExpress) and link to them. You do not need an account to use the site.

What we collect

  • Visit and click counts. When you open a page or press "Get deal", we count it together with your country (from our network provider Cloudflare), the type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop), the page, and the campaign or website that sent you (for example a Facebook post or a search engine). We do not store your IP address: it is turned into a code that changes every day, only so we can count one visit per person per day.
  • Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email address and message so we can answer.
  • Cookies. A session cookie keeps the site working and remembers which campaign brought you, for counting. Analytics or advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) are used only if you accept them in the cookie notice.

Shops we link to

When you press "Get deal" you leave FlashDealToday and go to the shop. The shop may set its own cookies and collects your order details under its own privacy policy. As an Amazon Associate and an AliExpress affiliate we earn from qualifying purchases; shops tell us about sales, never who you are.

Facebook

We post deals to our own Facebook Pages. Our Facebook app only publishes those posts; it does not collect information about people who see, like or comment on them. If you come to the site from Facebook, we count the visit as described above.

How long we keep it

Visit and click counts are kept for reporting and contain no IP address. Contact messages are kept until they are answered and no longer needed, at most two years.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Union, you may ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to our contact page. You may also complain to your data protection authority. How to have your data deleted is on our Data deletion page.

Changes

We update this page when what we do changes.
